The design evolved through close consultation with the equine industry, with the specific goal of developing a new product that met the needs of industy professionals and enthusiasts alike. It became very clear early on in those discussions, that there simply wasn't a feed scoop that 'made the grade' when it came to handling dry horse feed. There was always a product that was ok in one way or another, but nothing that comprehensively did the job. So Fjord set out to design something new...and FeedMaxx was the result. Mainly used for dry materials handling, like animal feed, pet foods, chemicals and spills management, flour & ingredients, dry chemicals, grain and just about anything else that needs to be measured or moved. These scoops are particularly popular within the equine business, and food production industry. In particular, caterers seem to love these scoops - from hospitals and schools through to the military.
